netball training - day 1

time : tuesday, 19th august 2008
venue : icc

new about me,, i join a family netball team.. it's formed due to the coming netball tournament this 29th August for charity.. most of the players for this team are cousins inluding the manager itself,, Bro Halim.. just some of them are friends of ours due to not enough players..
we have fun in trainings.. before playing,, we warm-up first coached by Bro Faizal.. just the simple & basics one ((= 1st match i didn't play,, just the 2nd match and i become center --C-- but y'all know what?? i just play for 1st-half only as i got dizzy,, and my sights blurrr~ might be because of my eye =S burukss!!
after two matches,, our to-be-coach arrived.. she's called Amit.. firstly, she brief us then asked the shooters to shoot 50x non-stop before we have another match.. after a match with her own team,, we're drilled till night time.. we learned about steppings, tactics to pass ball, asking for ball & ball ball ball heee so tiring fuhh~ but i had fun.. nice trainings btw.. we finished around 8pm ((=

oh ya.. by the way, our team is called d'Rejects.. weird huhh?? tell y'all honestly,, i laughed when i first heard about it.. but actually the name is our late cousin's team name.. we use the name in the memory of him so it's his team too..
